The government has produced some guidance on pet travel and Brexit, but unfortunately we still cannot be sure what the outcome will be when the UK leaves the EU. The guidance can be found here.

If you wish to travel with your pet this year, please contact us for advice. You will have to prepared for the worst case scenario which is that your pet will be required to have a rabies vaccination, followed by a rabies antibody blood test a month later, followed by a 3 month wait (total 4 months).

If you are not travelling until much later this year, then you may choose to wait and see the outcome of Government-EU negotiations. If you are in doubt, please speak to us.
